Follow these steps to configure Twilio for your website

Create a Twilio Account
Sign up at twilio.com/try-twilio and verify your account.

Get Your Credentials
Find your Account SID and Auth Token in the Twilio Console dashboard.

Purchase a Phone Number
Buy a phone number with SMS and/or voice capabilities from the Twilio Console.

Add Credentials to Settings
Go to Settings → Secrets in the Management UI and add your Twilio credentials.
